What type of spot will I get? Can I choose my own spot?

Spot selection is supported on our mobile and web apps. Simply click the "Park Map" button on a park profile page to see available spots in real-time. The spot you pick is where you'll park for your stay.

When should I book - in advance or day of?

We offer real-time availability for all RV parks listed on our app. If you see something you like, we suggest booking it because there is no guarantee that the park will remain available in the future.

If I can book RV spots in advance, why is your company called Spot2Nite?

In the past when an RV traveler was looking for an available spot at a park, they would call the park directly, speak to the front office and ask "do you have a spot tonight?". Hence, the name "Spot2Nite". Admittedly, our company name is a bit misleading because our app allows RV travelers to book in the moment or well in advance of a trip.

How do I edit my profile information?

You are able to change the info in your account with us at any time. Tap 'Account' and then "Contact Information" to edit or update your information. 

Make sure to double-check the email address to ensure you receive your booking receipts and alerts.

Can I change my method of payment?

You sure can! Simply tap 'Account' and then 'Payment Methods' to update your payment info.

Rest assured, your credit card information is always secure.

Can I extend my reservation?

As long as the park has spots available, you're able to make a booking for the extra night(s) you need to extend your stay. Simply search the park name in the search field for the dates you need and then, once confirmed, book your extended stay.

I'm having trouble with my payment - can you help me?

Spot2Nite currently supports the following payment methods: Visa, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover

If you’re having trouble completing a purchase, please call us at 877-778-2683.

If something comes up or I mistakenly book a spot, can I get a refund?

All cancellations policies are based on the individual campground policy as noted on their park profile page; However, the Spot2Nite convenience fee is non refundable.

I've forgotten my password - can you help?

Tap ‘Account’ and then the green ‘Log in’ button. Then click the black ‘Log in’ button. Then tap ‘Forgot password’. Enter your email address and we’ll email you a link to reset your password.
