If something comes up or I mistakenly book a spot, can I cancel and get a refund?

Well, it depends on the park.  All reservations made in Spot2Nite are issued according to the cancellation policies of the host park.  If you need to make adjustments after booking, please contact us at “support@spot2nite.com” or “cancellation@spot2nite.com” using the contact information provided in your reservation confirmation email.  The Spot2Nite convenience fee is non-refundable.
