Unlike other OTA systems, we do it all! Our park relations team handles everything for you. All we need are a few details from your PMS to get started and your campground, RV park, or glamping resort can be live on Spot2Nite in 3-5 business days.
The onboarding process varies per property management system, but typically there are two email addresses we will need: one for the park manager and one for the park finance manager to establish the payment pathway. We will load your park map, site types, site features, and amenities, as well photo content and an SEO description. We do not need any existing reservation information. After the build, we will run test bookings to confirm your available spots appear when vacant and ready for booking as well as the flow of reservation payment to your account. That’s it!
